I added example meal plans with 3 options per meal for 2000-3500 calorie days. I provide all of my favorite diet hacks, recommended low calorie high protein foods, “good” carb options, and also ~40 Example low calorie high volume/protein meals (How I set up my meals and how to adjust for your calories)… I wish I knew how to eat like this when I first started lifting because the progress would have been insane.
